Information we collect

When you send a service request, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, machine location and fault description. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and coordinate service.

The service-request form also records limited technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, referring page, screen and browser-window size, timezone, and the date and time of submission. This helps us verify, troubleshoot and respond to enquiries and protect the form from misuse.

For public IP addresses, we use an IP-location provider to obtain an approximate location, timezone and network name. This sends the IP address to that provider over an encrypted connection. IP-derived locations are approximate and may identify only a city or broader region. Local, private and reserved IP addresses are not sent for lookup.

How we protect it

We do not sell your personal information. Service requests and their technical information are stored securely for business follow-up and access is limited to people who need the information to respond. We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for those purposes.
