Michael is great and always explains and shows you exactly what's gone wrong and what he'll need to do to repair it so there's no mystery.

Our DeLonghi ESAM5500 was repaired quickly by The Espresso Doctor. The service was excellent - A1, with friendly advice, prompt return and a detailed explanation of the repairs.

I put my machine in on a Friday and got a phone call the following Monday indicating they had assessed the machine and provided a quote to fix. I picked up the machine Monday afternoon. Couldn't be happier with their service and experience in their technicians. This is the second time I have used their services in the past two years. Definitely use their services again.

We have always used The Espresso Doctor and use them as a call out type service. We have always had excellent service from them. The time and date they state they are coming is exactly when they turn up which is a rare thing these days. I sometimes have a few problems understanding the gentleman on the phone but I can excuse this as he probably doesn't always understand me!
